Pre-orders allow you to reserve products before they are officially released or back in stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.
How Pre-Orders Work
Browse and select a pre-order item on our website
Add to cart and complete checkout — your card will be charged at the time of order
You will receive a confirmation email with your pre-order details and estimated availability date
When the item becomes available, we will ship it within our standard 3-business-day handling time
Payment for Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. This secures your item and position in the fulfillment queue.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email support@thegamecellar.shop with your order number. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a Pre-Order Item Becomes Unavailable
If a pre-ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Pre-Orders with Other Items
In-stock items ship within our standard handling window. Pre-order items ship once available. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
