Appeals Process
If we decline your request, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@thegamecellar.shop. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General’s Office at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Sale of Personal Data
The Game Cellar does not sell personal data as defined under the TDPSA. We do not share personal data for targeted advertising without an opt-out mechanism.
